Refund and Return Policy – Loro Venzaro

Thank you for shopping with Loro Venzaro. We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If not, we offer a clear and fair return policy in accordance with European consumer protection law.


1. Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. After this period, returns will only be accepted if the product is defective.


2. Return Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.


3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@lorovenzaro.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once the return is approved, we will send you a return label and detailed instructions.

⚠️ No return will be accepted without prior authorization.


4. Return Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A flat fee of £25.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping, unless the product is damaged or incorrect. (Restocking fees may apply in certain cases.)


4.1 Order Cancellation Before Shipping
You may request the cancellation of your order at any time before it is shipped.

To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at contact@lorovenzaro.com.


5. Deductions for Used or Damaged Items
We do not charge restocking fees. However, in accordance with European law, if the returned product shows signs of use or damage that decrease its value (e.g., wear, missing parts), a deduction may be applied to your refund.


6. Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please check product descriptions carefully before placing your order.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@lorovenzaro.com. We will promptly resolve the issue by replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.


8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Opened personal care items (e.g., cosmetics)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.


10. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal – European Union
If you are located in the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, the item must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned with its original packaging and tags.F


11. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank.
